( Glassblowing )( Fiber Arts )( Books )In anycase, it's been a wonderful day, but I'm exhausted and need to recharge before facing work tomorrow. Management is in town and I will have to dress up for work all week. My office mate is out for her brother's wedding, so it is likely I will get to share my office with some visiting dignitary.
BTW: If any of you locals want to see glassblowing for yourself, the studio will be doing demonstrations between 12-5 next weekend as well. The studio happens to be right behind the Cheese Importers, which has great lunches in addition to a warehouse of cheeses from around the world.
Goodnight.
P.S. Did I mention that Marla gave me an "I Heart Robots" button?
"But I don't love robots," I said.
"Yes, but the fact that you have discussed robots as a pick up line is just too good of a conversational opportunity to miss," she said. "I tell people about it all the time. You have to wear the button."
My question: If I wear the button, does it constitute as ironic button wearing?
