Alternate plan:

Make a key extractor. Take a paperclip and bend it into a triangle with one side slightly longer than the side of a key. Slip the paperclip under the key and gently pull the key away from the keyboard.

Get a box of Q-tips and some isopropyl alcohol. Use the isopropyl alcohol to gently scrub the area under the keys. Allow alcohol to dry.

Replace your keys.

I did remove the keys to dry things out, but hadn't thought of the alcohol. That should fix my reluctant comma.
