A good day

zalenaMy class went GREAT! Three kids showed up and we had such a good discussion that a half hour after the class ended everyone was still sitting around talking. I got a total book high and now I am starving since all I've eaten today is cream-of-rice and a banana.
Carly is coming by and we are going to have dinner.
I'm exhausted, and I can't believe I have to go to work tomorrow.
Note: Other accomplishments today include a long wander this morning and mowing the backyard.
Edit: Carly met someone. He's one of her sister's husband's friends. He's a lawyer who used to be an engineer. Owns his own firm, and has property up by Ft. Collins. She is really gooey for him, and he sounds like a decent guy, even if he's shorter than her.
Unlike other friends forays into dating, this made me feel really good. It insinuates that anything could happen. That includes for me.
The teen coordinator said she appreciated all my work and that it really helped to have a consistent person coming back to do the different workshops. "You really earned their trust." She said. One of the girls who attended this afternoon has been at all my classes.
